Ken and I would like to sincerely thank you for your wonderful customer service and the way your company handled our issues with the boat trailer. We have never been treated so nicely over an issue before. Your politeness, motivation and just a great attitude made this very stressful situation a lot more pleasant for us.

Be proud of your customer service manner, a rare find and we are stoked to have this huge problem sorted. We tested it out at the weekend by traveling to Motueka, a 5-hour drive from Christchurch, the trailer towed beautifully.

Now 100000km isn’t a lot in a commercial sense I guess….. however …we would have replaced 4 maybe 5 sets of our little wheel and tyre packages in that mileage normally… So a massive saving. The unihubs are without question the best thing on the market !
