Ken and I would like to sincerely thank you for your wonderful customer service and the way your company handled our issues with the boat trailer. Be proud of your customer service manner, a rare find and we are stoked to have this huge problem sorted. We tested it out at the weekend by traveling to Motueka, a 5-hour drive from Christchurch, the trailer towed beautifully.
